You are the Crystals of the World

While there are more and more walls manifesting outside you realize true protection can only come from your heart. You transcend your inner crystal's city walls and by this you illuminate other human beings, towns and countries. You can give perspectives to humans just by LOVING THEM. You can lead the wobbling darkness into a spiritual stream of transformation - just by LOVING IT. Truly, for your human family you are the source of power and food. However, as the ascending darkness overpowers you, you also need a place of refuge, of peace and transformation. The only place on earth offering you this is YOUR HEART.

The second coming of Christ happens in your bodies.

End of Time - Beginning of Time

In this lesson we have a look on another aspect of your various and confused life: the spiritual background of the time change that started around 1870 which is going to complete in 2012. It is about the threefold time and the descent of the masters on earth - being YOUR descent. Now we going to depict the story of your last century.

The first light of the age of aquarius has been dawning since the middle of the 19th century. Since the beginning of the 1930s the planetary sun enfolds first measurable rays on earth and since 1989 he has been in a core period of ascension.

The advent of the cosmic spring and the winter's departure perform two opposite directions. During these 130 years the dark was slowly vanishing while the light increased. For thousands of centuries this time change has been predicted. Let's discuss this time change and its remarkable points. These are moments in your spiritual history that have brought about great changes without being recognized. They were happening while you were not aware about it.

In fact, not only ONE time period, one cycle is ending now. Indeed, three of them happen to end at the same time: your soul year, your spiritual year and the old cycle of your planet earth's body. You are taking part in all these cycles - they all deal with you and your subject: LIGHT and DARKNESS. In this sense it is very natural that in this time change we deal with nothing else.

In this final period of three cycles the earth is breathing out and the cosmos is breathing in. This 35 years breath is taking all planetary dark up into the light of spirit and all cosmic light down into the darkness of body. Apocalypse and light body process are working from 1989 up to 2012. They unite your dual bodies into light bodies in order to finally transform them into crystal bodies. They? No, YOU are doing this on your OWN - without recognizing.

What does threefold time mean? Until 1870 the dark age of pieces has exclusively governed in a narrow structure, in terms of separation, descension and darkness. 2000 years this cyclic energy has permeated all life experience on earth. It covered the planet, your bodies and your cells with a strong magnetic field. The basis of your only reality, your human duality was set up. Then, from 1870 to 2001 the decading age of pieces was melting into the starting age of aquarius - two very different opposing realties of your human duality.

Since year 2000 we have been living in the age of aquarius as well as in the starting crystal age - a dual material reality and a non - dual, spiritual - crystalline reality of your human life. Well, is there anybody left unconfused by this? 'Threefold time' is a term of completely different frequencies, forms, dimensions and realities of life that you had to manage and to literally 'fight through' - in order to find YOURSELF.

While the age of aquarius dawned, the darkness still should govern the earth for many years. Only then an actual change could happen that can be described as follows: when the early morning sun, before appearing at the horizon, radiates light across the firmament he is approaching the night. Still it is not getting bright, but the rays of sunshine push the darkness together, back into the night. It is even getting darker than ever before.

Growing light and disappearing darkness seemed to fight with each other. But maybe at the same time they also love each other deeply. Since this is their only moment of meeting.

Just shortly before sunrise you experience the darkest hours. It is the same with this time change, the new morning of your soul, the awakening of your spirit. The planetary sun has sent the first beams of the aquarius down to earth removing all darkness of the preceding age. Darkness was raising and covering your heart's land with the very same horror that arises when the divine white light unites with inner darkness. The dark raised beyond measure evoking the world war to happen in 1914 that started to terrorize your planet for 31 years.

This was the earth's and human life's cruxifixion. You went into the deepest powerlessness. Indeed, you desired 'the total war' which you have created. You desired the total rock bottom you therefore have walked across. You wanted the total darkness you therefore experienced. You wanted the deepest abyss of confusion and terror that you now experienced. You have done the ultimate step into darkness and you have separated from yourself as far as ever possible.

You have turned the creative dark into world wide dark. You turned the glowing love of death into desperate terror. You have brought it into the earth - stamped it down into the earth for ages - and now at the end of time it is rising returning back to you. With the dawn of the aquarius it started to awake inside the earth and in you. It started to move, not in order to break out again, but to be released.

The spirit of the planetary sun gave itself to the earth: highest light was descending and lowest darkness was ascending. At the beginning of this irradiation the darkness still was superior and the light was insificantly small. Your divine spirit was there, even though your light could not yet be seen.

The spirit always precedes the light itself. Many of you have died and have returned after a short time in powerful freshness. The quest had not been fulfilled. Many have survived the war without being liberated from horror and agitation. And again others didn't spend this time on earth.

In a high intensity the time change was prepared and guided from the spiritual realms. The superpower and depth of the imprisoned darkness was neither sizeable nor estimable. An enterprise which had been dangerous from its beginning required a very sensitive guidance, because the self-regulating balance of the earth had been shattered. The world war was not only a matter confusing the earth. It met all dimensions and cosmic rooms causing a state of emergency with structural changes. The fall of Atlantis and the cruxifixion of Jesus were repeated here terrorizing the universe in an unknown degree.

The spiritual realms of cosmic masters, angelic orders and human beings of other planets and galaxies had been very separated so far. Now interdimensional gates opened and all these beings could come together in order to create councils and intergalactic confederations.

During the wars, light, power and energy of different cosmic origin and nature came down to the earth - very clearly and strictly organized - whereas at the same time horror pulsated from your planetary bodies - also clearly and strictly organized. You could only see the darkness, because you forgot seeing with your hearts. Indeed, you could not see any perspective - and yet it existed.

An Unscheduled Operation

In August 1944 the spiritual brotherhoods and archangelic orders created possibilities for the earth's renovation and paths of ascension. The incarnation of many high light beings, spiritual masters, mature souls and inhabitants of ascended planets was finalized. Their job was to lead the high LIGHT consciousness into the extremely darkened consciousness of mankind.

This had been a very sensitiy action. In all these periods the balance between the gigantic cosmos and the planet had to be secured, so that the deeply suffering earth would not collapse. Around 1945 she was driving like a small black bubble in the sun-flooded cosmic ocean. Concentrated light can, like concentrated darkness, kill you. The earthly life could only be kept alive by very slowly adapting the to light frequencies. So the dark had enough time to agitate, to destroy and to heal.

Balance und Reverse

In 1945 light and dark opposed each other in equal power. Never before this had happened on earth. From an earthly point of view this was a difficult situation. But in fact, this was a spiritual basis for the pole's merging. Dark and light powers were identical for a short time that made the polarity on earth change. A reverse was happening: Until now dark and light had come down to earth strengthening the earthly dark. Now they ascended together starting to strengthen the power of earthly light.

Time changed the poles' cause and the darkness got a new position. In former times it had descended, ruled and suppressed your living space and inserted dark energies in your planetary bodies. Together with you it came down. Now it started to rise up leaving your living space and taking all inserted dark energies out of your bodies - even though you saw this so differently in your human view point. But the recommended way was UPLEADING: vertically up to the light - in a transit traffic through your hearts. But many hearts were still closed for leading the darkness into the horizontal level of your world. It whirled much dust up, it created pain and death of many people. Still it was ASCENDING - like pain and death.

It was not spiritual light and dark which were separated, but earthly-human light and dark. But they wanted to merge now. The hearts of the awakening masters and people recognized their work to realize this fusion. And it was a hard work as your energies and your consciousness was in the old dark and in the new light in the same portion. You had to decide whether to take them into a stable balance or to be ripped apart. This you have experienced long ago - and many of you still experience this, because they still have not come to a clear decision in COMPLETELY BEING on earth. Many of these masters still look for their job without being awakened, without having really arrived on earth.

After the war another 55 years darkness of the age of pieces covered the earth - there was no peace, just a cease-fire. From your human perception the darkness still was fighting with the new light of the age of aquarius. But is that really true? Nevertheless the temporarily ascending darkness was able to pull up the tight energies of shudder from the past 2000 years out of the earthly body - by the homeopaethic method. This was a transition from DARK to CRYSTAL CLEAR which required time.

The earth's aura stayed the old one in the 80s. She was protecting the ascending darkness from the earth's inside and the mass consciousness stayed in the magnetic field of pieces. Of course, this was good. What do you think would have happened, if your mankind had lost all its perception and orientation within 6 months only - just because new light was running so fast? This would have been the final end of your evolution. So much in vain.

Meanwhile the previously incarnated spiritual generations and the slow awakening of light workers, light carriers and masters started to flower to replace the earth's last destructive potential. Indeed, this was an exciting period as here you could find the old apocalyptical prophecy: the destruction of the earth itself.

In this time a great transformation happened in your bodies. Your consciousness openend slowly preparing an inner union of the poles. Your body became more lightful, more shiny and enduring to stay younger than before.

In May 2001 the sun of aquarius had finally 'conquered' heaven. He lead you into the age of your light bodies with the demand, to (at last!) jump over your shadow YOURSELF.

Of course, always masters had been abiding on earth. Without their music, paintings and narrations mankind would hardly have been able to survive in these dark times. But let's look at those, who came in this transitional time.

Let us remind you in the following principle:

1. Spiritual light just on its own has no influence and no power on earth. It is, first of all, pure potential - the possibility to become power.

2. Power develops on earth when potential meets resistance - the opponent power.

This is true for all of you: Spiritual Light needs earthly Darkness, in order to become POWER and EXPRESSION. POWER is nothing else than the total balance between 'heaven' and 'hell'- on earth. This power the ascended masters had to gain THEMSELVES and nobody could help them - neither heaven nor hell and not at all the earth.

Descended spiritual potentials and masters could either unfold or they stayed without power. They are golden seeds on earth that need to germ in order to become the trees of life that feed humans with their fruits. Light spiritual power needs dark earthly power in order to become human. Light spiritual love needs deepest rooms of pain, of violence and powerlessness, in order to become a redeemer - and therefore every golden seed had to be absorbed by dark soil.

So many spiritual masters have chosen dysfunctional families and violent surroundings for their incarnations. This always beared the risk: They could embody and emanate their high spiritual powers on a difficult path - or they could forget them - failing to awake and, finally, returning.

In the threefold time first of all the pioneers appeared. They were coming - in the dark age still before morning dew - at the beginning and in the middle of the 19th century. As soon as the first rays appeared on the firmament they wanted to be ready. This company, followed by the yet invisible light, were namely the Theosophs and the Occults of the so-called occult societies.

They were 'merged ones': The female spiritual power being abolished for thousands of years was alive in them. Therefore also their male power was distinctive and strong. No matter whether they came in male or female bodies they had a great balance between the original poles. This gave them a powerful appearance. The pioneers of the new age had a good intuition and a crystal clear mental power. They never gave up.

Now at the end of time, they were the first embodied generation of the descends of Christ. They were opening the crew of those bringing the light. They were the pioneers and ancedents of the light carriers, indigos and human crystals. They had the job to open earthly cell consciousness, and to receive life's mysteries from the spiritual rooms they decoded and interpreted. They worked secretly. Their reputation went along with the one of Jesu in old Palestine society: Just a few loved them and many demonized them. That's why their work and propagation started in circles if initiates.

After them the story tellers, silent film actors, and comic fathers came. Also they were fathers of cosmic consciousness as life's mysteries should reach to all people, all social classes and all degrees of consciousness, whether more or less mature. Those masters used mass consciousness that was demanding nothing but relief, entertainment and divertion - understandable in this dark time! So atlantic heritage has been put into enchanting stories, comics and first movies - being sent into the world.

At the beginning of the 30s another generation of transmitters and narrators arrived. In their initiating books, science-fiction novels and narrations they reveiled first impressions of the age of taurus pyramids, of Atlantic priesthood and galaxies - the past of your own life. Together the coming light and the ascending dark was a first wave of collective memory of oneself, of lost civilisations and peoples, as well as of enlightening moments as parts of your own heritage. The propagation of the mysteries happened in different ways. It was all about touching people's consciousness and also: to terrorize. And what could be more beautiful than to be terrorized by LIFE, LIGHT and LOVE - and to be touched by YOURSELF? The spirit of cosmic light transcended all what had been created a long time before light had been made visible. Human beings received this light, breathed it a long time before they were aware of it. Your cells opened and remembered a long time before your heart was doing this. Look at the stories, it was all about ONE subject:

DARK + LIGHT = FULFILLMENT

Always darkness threatened in a superior form as you were experiencing in the previous thousands of years.  Always light raised against the darkness, as it is happening in this time change. Always light and dark seemed to fight with each other and yet they were in love with each other - and only LOVE and DEATH could kill. Let's now consider two great contemporary epics.

Darkness always used to strengthen the power of light. This law of life you can find in 'The Lord of the Rings'. Only such light beings not being in the power of pure will could be defeated by the dark. No inconsistent light could defeat the darks and the same is true for light with selfish interests. Because inconsistency and selfishness are the monopoles of darkness drawing those being half-hearted. And only then darkness could be defeated, when light had been liberated from all slags, so being finally unblemished. They all have fought until they were 'naked in the dark'. Also you have been naked in the collective cruxifixion.

Darkness can be released in the light of faith, power and devotion. Only weapons of light can release the darkness: Love, compassion and determination. Focus your awareness on the swords of the elbs and their releasing power. Whereas the dark ruler's weapons created the shadow death forcing your souls into undead rooms, the light death released centuries of your old shadow life by the light peoples' weapons. Exactly this was the topic of your threefold time. It was not about life or death, but about shadows or light. Since both of them can govern death and life. In middle earth you can find all shades of dark light and light darkness, of the 'beloved Evil' and the 'hated Good'. Even you can find the roots of your language in the elbs. In Quenya language 'Atalanta' means 'fallen country' or 'fallen human'- meaning life in the shadow death. These are the Numereons there, and here it is you.

In 'King Kong' we see the confrontation of the tender female light - tiny small and helpless - sacrificed and dedicated to death and to a gigantic male creature of brutal Darkness - wild, killing and lonely. This relation goes exactly with the presence of the masculine and feminine principle on earth.

However, she is defeating the beast. Is she defeating her? No, she feels the flame in the dark of this beast - its loneliness, power and love. And in this darkest of all hours, between them SOMETHING starts sparkling up. An enigmatic connection of these two, and a longing to merge washing away all fear. Fear of death changes into longing to live, an unfathomable love breaking all boundaries of the world. LIGHT loves DARKNESS and DARKNESS loves LIGHT in order to free from the horrors of loneliness. This story, which had been written before your reality, is nothing but your reality.

The beast if following the girl why is leaving her lonely world of darkness breaking up into her world of the rising sun (New York, around 1920) in order to die there. Love is what kills the beast. SHE gives him her hand and IT dies, because the true death is an act of love.

Indeed, DARKNESS only dies in LOVE, you beloved, not by your small light which is passed through with doubts and inconsistencies, with feelings of guilt and fears. DARKNESS can be released by your endless, passionate love - independently from mind, purpose and aim. It is feminine-spiritual love supported and empowered by masculine-spiritual will.

3. Light carriers - Masters of transition

Some years Maria was saying: "You are no light workers, you are light carriers. You need not to work with light, because it is in you. By carrying the light in you take it into the world." With this she puts you on the same stage as the one you fear - Lucifer. His name means: Light carrier. Why is the devil called light carrier and why does Maria put you next to him?

When you light carriers were born between 1940 and 1960 you had to work hard. The dark was immense and your families were soaked with it. This was the work with and in you. You had to awake and to liberate the light inside you amongst all outward pressure. You came as a bridge between dark and light, between body and spirit, between cosmos and planet, yes - between heaven and hell. Indeed, you came as a transformer between the worlds, as carrier between both poles and a connector of opposites. You were able to breathe between the dimensions, to accept old pain - energies of old times - in order to transform them. At the end of time a complete new energy should arise out of the chaos - through you and inside your hearts. This was the plan.

You were able to accept this huge burden of the time change. Nobody of you just came for him or herself, because at this time there were no normal opportunities for development like in "normal times". There was, at the turn of the millenium, only the neccessity to take the planet and its weak mankind on a high frequency level. Many of these masters, however, in their birth and childhood have "fallen asleep" so deeply , that they came to forget who they were and what they came for. Many of you also have created time limits to prevent you from an early awakening as time was not ready for you up to now.

But deeply in you always felt being different than the others, didn't you? Let us help you to get more aware when considering your time of birth. You came to liberate the earth and humans from their shadowy existence. For this interdimensional work you highly developed souls had to descend into deep shadow realms. Where else should you have gone to, if not there?

Your grandparents and parents born between 1900 and 1930 picked up all the sufferings from the age of pieces. With their own suffering they pulled the old pain to the earth's surface and by means of resonance they took it into their bodies. By birth they passed it on to you. Their divine spirit didn't require to manage the shift of consciousness in these bodies. The relay has been passed further on to you.

Many of you were following between 1940 and 1960. Your power and ability is in transfering the darkness of former generations inside your bodies - and those born first took the greatest portion. You have breathed and absorbed the old consciousness that have permeated your cells. You have infected yourselves spiritually. Your own consciousness has absorbed it to perform this transformation. As you didn't know better you became identified with it for a long time. Many of you have carried this heavy burden and some have broken down coming back to our side. But nobody failed, since from the beginning the risk was hard. A few awoke early and some later. And when you awake you will see that you didn't sleep even one day too long.

But there is a second service sending you here. You are masters of transition between the generations of your parents and your children. While you still carry the burden of your parents you are preparing the new age ground for your children. These beings born between 1970 and 1990 have no old consciousness anymore and therefore no possibility to seize the old drama. They came in order to build up the New Earth for you.

The War Generation
Christ Emmanuel spoke to you carriers of light in 2002:

"Release your parents and grandparents from the wounds of the wars. They are people from an old time who, having survived the war, are still shocked. In these years shattering old beliefs most ascending souls who merged with the light in every night's sleep were not able to take this to earthly life. Waking up in the morning was torturing them.

In these miserable periods they searched god and experienced disappointment. Also their parents' hearts bore the darkness of centuries. How could they offer them a true childhood? Struggling with fears and doubts your parents became adults and finally they looked for consolation and joy in their own children - in you.

But this children generation was different. Many of you have not survived the war, have gone through the purification of death having strengthened their power. So now you came back - as New Age children. Your parents could not get what they wanted from you. And in the same way they could not satify your needs. You were strangers for one another.

So take their pains from them and forgive them whatever they have done to you children. Understand! They were confronted by your existence for which they wanted to care after the tumults of war, with a new spirit which confused them again. They could not cope with that. They could not care for you, but you for them which you have done. You knew this from your early childhood, didn't you?

You powerful beings came, indeed, with this knowledge to the earth, since you are strong enough to enfold your powers. You grew up, you matured, have searched your own ways out of childhood. You recognize the meaning of pain - and exactly at the moment of realization they transform into a new power.

On the other hand, see your children - they are as strange to you as your parents used to be with you. They are humans of the new age, the union between dark and light. To them a separation between the poles has no value. They feel the dark being as natural as the light. Their cells were never permeated with old consciousness as they have a new purpose. You are standing between the young and the old ones - you are bridges across the abbyss, you are carriers of light in the darkness and you are wanderers between times. Truly, you are pioneers of the Second Crystal Age. Release the childhood of your human being and let love and compassion gain power in you. Take your parents and grandparents into your hearts, into the New Time. For they don't have the power for breaking up on their own. Take the hands of your children, when they still need help, until they can walk on themselves."

4. Flower children, Indigos and Starchildren

The renewing period was completed until 1965. But there was not yet an inner balance. New weapons, new crisis and wars show the instability of mankind. The old generation age with their age of pieces mentality puts you under pressure breaking your flow of awakening. They are standing, dancing and sitting inside the centres of rough social violence spreading light through their eyes and through their laughters, and by their flowerful company.

With them the first Indigo children came. Still these master souls came one by one. Then, since the middle of the 80s they came in great amount in order to wake up their parents' and teachers' sleeping master souls. This is painful for all who were involved, since Indigos put new spiritual fire into the old consciousness of mankind. They live offensively - making new and old energy pattern crash into each other and explode. They express directly what is inside them: spiritual royal dignity and the uniqueness of their beings, which they feel in a very natural way - for the old world is totally unbelieveable. Alone with this they shatter the fundaments of the old principles of guilt and atonement, the patterns of self-refusal and the pressure which mankind has imposed on itself.

Indigos live in a consciousness of being present which is totally different from the presence of their surrounding shaking between past and future. In a world that doesn't love itself they love themselves unshakeably. They see no guilt and they deny atonement. These old principles are completely strange to them. They cannot cope with them. Their orientation in life is that of explosive creativity - for their parents, teachers and doctors it means a real provocation. In these beings open spiritual light appruptly crashes into unveiled human darkness. Maybe you can recognize yourself here?

Indigo children indicate a sharp intellect and clarity. A deep knowledge of the own dignity, untiring vitality and an unbroken expression of an own will mean hard tests to the surrounding. Without doubt we can call them the New Age 'Flyers of Kamikaze'. Even when the old world declares them hyperactive, bold and disturbed in behaviour, they still are their spiritual teachers. These children help you to liberate your surpresssed feelings. They help you to live, to express your motions and your own will. The parents of those children are masters themselves. Otherwise they would break in being the parents of those children, which wouldn't make evolutionary sense in this time period. Admitting this you will receive such a clarity and self-esteem and pleasure, which is necessary for the own awakening.

Indigos polarize the old unreleased principle "intelligence without feeling". They provoke and heighten it. They overload it so that it is going to fail. While Indigos embody an emotionless intelligence, star children are their counterparts. Starchildren intend the same with the unreleased principle "emotionality without thinking". Both reflect the imbalances of society, empowering in order to release them in a onesided overdosis of mental and emotional toxics - according to the homeopathic principle. Indeed, they are stronger than the old people. Their inner power is working in high potency according to the same principle as the descending cosmic light pulling up the earth's darkness that they increase and finally, release.

And exactly this is the principle of the One ring in "Lord of the rings" which is doing nothing less than to blow up the dark hidden in human beings. Then it is able to break out demanding an immediate decision. Fighting for life or destruction.

Starchildren have a mental body that is an instrument of separation between the human and the divine spirit. They are free form earthly linear intellectuality. From an ordinary point of view they are mentally and emotionally disturbed. Their intelligence is of cosmic nature. They are not able to adapt to their old tight structures, since their spirit is angel-like. To their parents and educators they teach pure unconditional accepting of the imperfect and they help them to release their own evaluation. In this way true peace and self love can flow.

Indigos live the active cosmic intelligence of wolfs. Star children live the passive cosmic intelligence of lambs - and both are an expression of Christ consciousness.

The ways of all these groups were lonely, pain- and frightful. A long time this planetary alienation struggled with your great will power to live. An outward refusal struggled with an immense inward joy of life - and this always has been a guarantee of success.

Since the beginning of the 90th occasionally and, since the turn of the millenium in high number, a new consciousness has been appearing. It is the one of unity. The crystal consciousness is identical with the Christ consciousness. Whereas Indigos and Star children came with polarization, crystal children united the poles: The wolf and the lamb again drink from the same well. The crystal consciousness lives in unity with duality: without exclusion, dominance and imbalance, without opposites, contradictions and restraints.

The crystal is a symbol of the new unity. It is masculine in its clear radiation and feminine in its silky shine. Being of light nature it is in a dark element. Having growing in the depths of rocks, it shines forth in sun light. Born as an insignificant grey being it has been cut, layer by layer, in painful processes of refinement.

The crystal is your original being - the Christ being: You all have experienced these grey worlds as you have gone through cutting processes. It is not the case with crystal children. They have not been on earth yet, they don't come up from the dark. They ascended directly from the light - because you have released the darkness. With their appearance they show that you yourself have become crystals.

The faceted crystal structure appears in the children's bodies. They don't have an immune system, because their bodies work integratively. Many of these children don't need material food as their metabolism works optically. Their hormone system transmits between their organs and the cosmic places of their home. They produce completely different hormones than the current earth's population. Whereas the Indigo- and starchildren cause restlessness provoking their parents, crystal children create peace. They emanate peace and unconditional love through their eyes and in every breathe.

Now what? - What to do?

Look back at the moment when you have decided to come to earth. You were really not able to imagine how you could force boundless love power and wisdom into such a small body. But this was necessary for your purpose and your function on earth. So you have accepted and you shrinked.

This deployment has been finished in Mai 2001. The age of pieces is over and you have collected all the chaos energies of the old world inside you. Now you truly can release them. At these times you had focused your life plan towards exactly this moment - and everything went fine.

The cosmos has switched its radiation no matter whether you have finished all problems and accomplished all contracts. It doesn't care where you are. It doesn't wait for you, whether you planned to spend another some years with sicknesses and problems. For this there is no supporting energy now.

LETTING GO and GIVING FREE radiate now and they help you, to renew YOUR SELF after the struggles of that period. They carry you to new shores and the world changes its face while you sleep.

Today you might not be able to imagine how you should take your earthly achievements into a limitless life flow and light body, without anything valuable getting lost. Well, this is necessary for your deployment on earth and in cosmos. Just let it happen and broad yourself.

Time has created a bed for you putting now the silver sheets of transformation over your sleeping bodies. Relax from the long journey, from all efforts and searches. Know that you are Here and Now ALRIGHT, GOOD, UNIQUE and infinitely VALUABLE.

Nobody has recognized and approved you, even not yourself. There seemed no perspectives, but they always were there, beloved. Close your earthly eyes and stop to search outside. You have fulfilled your duty. Sleep a lot. Relax and accept your bodies being refined. You will open your inner eyes and
FIND.

Paint some pictures for these issues, write some stories and – the market offers some cheap and good quality machines for amateurs – record audios of the meditations texts and burn them onto CD’s. Listen to your own voice and expression, be courageous and brave. It is wonderful to listen to yourself and to get closer to yourself in doing so.

All these materials, texts and practices are given into your own responsibility. The authors are in no way responsible for any consequences. Take only the meditations and practices, which are in resonance with you. Nothing can really happen to you, yet it is possible that you could experience some “hell rides” on your breathing journeys. If you stay open and allowing, you will always come out in “heaven” on the other side. Have deep trust if you do get shaken.

Practice 1

… and even now, many of you only perceive darkness and no perspective. Yet this reality has already changed all around you. Open your hearts and the eyes of your hearts.

Read this paragraph several times – aware and relaxed. Read with your eyes and mind. Then, read with your eyes and feelings. And finally read it with the eyes of your heart.

Open your heart wide and take the decision to focus your loving attention here and now onto the LIGHT and the perspectives of new, crystalline shores.
Only because you decide, it happens, indeed.

Practice 2

Read this paragraph several times - aware and relaxed. Read it with your eyes and your mind. Read it with the eyes and feelings. Finally, read it with the eyes of your heart.

Take your time. Allow all memories, energies and currents to flow freely, allow your Spirit to flow freely and give it the chance to remember. Take the stance of the loving, relaxed observer, especially if this time has left painful memories inside of you and your family.

Open your heart wide and take the decision to truly arrive on Earth completely:
“ I – AM – NOW - COMPLETELY – HERE.”

Practice 3

Deeply decide to arrive at an inner understanding for the slowness of change between light and dark – for the adherence of balance.
Decide to acknowledge and understand the protection given by the dark, the fear, the hatred and the resistance.

Refer back to the experience, you made with lesson 1. Use it here and expand it by these times of your life, never mind if you yourself experienced the times of war or your parents.

Find a new, relaxed and loving definition for DARKNESS. Respect, honour and have compassion for the darkness within yourself.

Practice 4

All stories ascend from your collective subconscious and descend from your collective higher consciousness. There is not one single story on Earth, in which you do not play a major part and all other parts as well.

The question is not, if this is true or not, but if you can accept this or not. What do you think these stories were written for – if not for the remembrance of everything, you are and the opening up to everything that you are?

Which stories from this time have fascinated you in the past and still do? Bring them to live once more and begin to comprehend your own role(s) within them.

In connection with these stories, ask yourself:
WHO am I (in this story) and WHO else?
WHAT am I doing (in this story) – and WHAT else?
HOW am I thinking, feeling and acting (in this story) – and HOW else?
WHY am I thinking, feeling and acting like this – and not different?

Find further questions and answers and lose yourself in your own “never-ending story” – to re-gain what you have lost.

Practice 5

These are your stories, your life, your ages and your completion. No being is in it, which is deeply not also a part of yourself.

Study these stories, breathe them, come to life in them. Look at them as often as necessary until there is no being left, which you cannot love. Allow light and dark to flow through you, until you are free of fear and yearning…. And then, write your own stories.

With your heart, look at your family situation during your childhood and youth. Decide to gain a new understanding for the events and your own situation as a descended master into the mists of oblivion.
Look at your situation for each of the seven-year cycles of your life.

Now, as you are grown up or are about to be grown-up, find a deep connection to your “being different”. In a wonderful way, you are totally OK and deeply welcome on Earth. Release the dross of your childhood, up bringing and society.

Open up the understanding for the defence of others and allow them to be how they are. Trust your own Being and decide to follow your own path, joy and creativity. It may be that there is no space for you in the Old World. And why should there be? You came to build a New World.


Come back to yourself and accept the challenge of your “strange” kids. See within them the mirror image of your own creativity, joy and self-love, which got lost on the way to your maturity – now, you are simply being reminded.

The absence of emotions is not being insensible but the opposite. Emotionality is the essence of hot, negative feelings of powerlessness or power from all space-times of your life-path, which are meshed with the dominating, controlling and judging thinking.

It’s main characteristic is the auto centrism, which is the opposite of self-love and self-trust. Emotionality leads to frigidity of feeling and more density of energies and blockages. The absence of emotions leads to deep compassion and acceptance. Both are highly effective light emanations, which you can use as healing energies.

Earthly Intelligence is linear. It’s based on past and future, above and below (hierarchy) and the either-or-principle. It acts in the field of planning and control, pressure and outcome. It perceives itself as separate from feeling. Spiritual Intelligence lives here and now, in the as-we-as-principle. It has merged feeling and thinking and becomes knowledge and wisdom.

a) Reflect your own feelings, emotions and thoughts according to this advice. Consider quality and application, their willingness to communicate or to separate.

b) Where do they come from – belly, head or heart?

c) Learn to simply observe yourself without emotion. Realize how you act and re-act with other people – how much your action and re-action depends and changes on the person, you’re with.

d) Decide to arrive more and more inside of yourself and to be ONE – a unique being.

Meditation to deliver parents and grandparents

The life of parents and grand-parents

We have an especially close karmic and soul-connection to parents, grandparents and siblings. We have shared many lives and roles with each other. And we will continue to do so until we have cleared and released all pain and chains between us.

If our parents were making our live as children particularly difficult, their souls have given to ours what was desired: pain to grow and learn forgiveness; being left alone to discover and strengthen our connection to the Divine Spirit; suffering to find the inner joy of the soul and to realize that only the body and the Ego can feel pain, yet not the soul, the Divine Self, which we truly are.

Before our incarnation, we also agreed to give pain and suffering to our parents to support certain goals of their souls. This is possible by assuming disabilities, extreme forms of behaviour, illness and sudden death of the child.

An important part of the growth of the soul lies in taking the unreleased tasks of our parent and grandparent generation into our lives in order to release them – with great inner connection and love – for the other, if they could not do it themselves during their time. This was done by the child-souls of our grandparents for their parents and this will be done by the child-souls of your grandchildren for us.

Surely, we forgot these loving connections and agreements through the birth into this three-dimensional and tight life form and now we wonder about these “bindings”, which pain, hinder and hold us trapped.

The development of our highest inner powers, love and wisdom, happens via this way: We have to realize the seeming opposites ourselves and have to get out of the guilt-and-expiation cycle by our own resolve and out of our own power.

Instruction for the clearing of the life-space
of parents and grandparents

I’m lying comfortably and relaxed on my back. My hands are next to the body, palms facing the ceiling. At the deep in-breath, I feel the power and love of my Higher Self, expand them both with the out-breath into the physical body, the aura, my surroundings and into my own and the life-space of my parents and grandparents.
I allow the Spirit world to support me in this meditation.


I visualize the space-time of my parents and grandparents, their lifetime from now till the 50th year (next steps: from the 50th to the 40th year, then 30, 20, 10, birth, conception).

I recognise Spirit fields and entities – events, which need to be released now, I perceive what is happening and are ready to accept my own part in the darkness of my parents and grand-parents.

I open my heart wide for the healing flow of love and direct my heart-love ray onto all beings in this space. I get in touch with my parents and grandparents and take a fully conscious step:

“I forgive all pain, which I suffered from you and by you – in this life and at all levels of Being; I have needed it to grow. Please forgive me also. Please move into the light, it will go on at another level.

By the power of my divine being, I forgive myself all pain, which I gave to you and myself.
And I see how everything becomes light and free.

I see how all darkness is unveiled and a freeing and redeeming flow begins. In the power of unconditional and loving acceptance it can now ascend and be free.

I give thanks and let go.”

Use this meditation for each single person, in its essence also for great grand parents and aunts, uncles and siblings, if this resonates with your feelings. If you had a difficult relationship with your parents, it is best to first clear the life of your grandparents, as through this, blockages between you and your parents are resolved automatically. Wait for a few days until you get to the cleansing of your own parent relationship. Repeat by your own impulse once in a while (maybe 5-10 days). You will know, when it is enough.

Release

All following generations, your kids and grandkids, are in this manner released from all karmic and genetic information, veils and burdens, which keep the cycle of incarnations intact – and can now move on powerfully.
Old people receive before their death the release from old bindings and can leave cleared and purified.

This knowledge – and the authorisation to use it – was given to humanity with the so-called decree of grace at the end of the 80ies. It is helpful to pass through the turning of time harmonically and with great power.
