The major part of this script, containing all manner of hints and practical advice, was received in October 2004 by way of transmissions from the spiritual realms. During the course of those days, I was in continous reception mode until the wee small hours. At times, I was unable to see the screen of the monitor for being moved to tears, while at others for sheer exuberant laughter.

It frequently so happened that I would find myself wide awake at three o’clock in the morning, after 17 hours at my desk, unable to figure out how to find some sleep. An enormous wave of strength and happiness flowed right into me together along with those words. Eventually, a persistent ache in the area of my left kidney gave me a fair excuse to slink off to bed. The left kidney signifying one’s ‘ability of receiving’ on this earth plane, which for me has always been rather a difficult thing. Evidently, some obsolete information concerning compulsive behaviour on my part, was conveniently erased during the course of this work.

This series of lectures has, on the face of it, little to do with money directly. And yet it could well act as a tool by which your finances can come into forceful flowing motion – away from you, but in the same terms, also towards you. This is a course in developing our own cosmic powers of creation on this planet, one of creating fields of resonance between our own life-frequencies with cosmic wavelengths.

From the spiritual realms, they suggested you study this course seriously and work diligently through it, step by step. The spiritual forces woven into the fabric of the script will automatically lift you into a new, higher vibration of life-force during your quiet hours of meditation and sleep. You will feel your old, limiting and negative energies tied to the issue of money, simply dissolve during those periods. The same will happen to those habitual mental and emotional patterns and ideas connected to the terms ‘poverty’ and ‘indignity’. Moreover, your mental and emotional concepts of MONEY will be completely restructured and stabilized, without you having to work hard or even your bend your brains around any novel ideas.

I wish you just as much joy and fulfillment reading and studying, as I had when writing down this magnificent gift. I will also study it “very seriously and diligently, without bending my brain around ANYTHING, at all”! From my Heart with Love!



Sabine developed this script in co-operation with the Archangel Ariel and the Ascended Master Djwal Khul three years ago. Today I have the opportunity and intense pleasure to update this material a little, according to my own fancy and wisdom, and to add some fresh life to it. By the way, I am very fond both of the topics of money as well as of sexuality, but, quite unlike youselves, find myself in a rather lonely position with this. Therefore, I am even more keen to make it juicy for you and get you to lift up your own pleasure in these things, from the hidden depth of your emotions – indeed. But before we begin to explore the seven levels of money flow, we would like to clarify some basic aspects. This will help you gain a clearer understanding of your old psycho-spiritual reflexes and how to relax them a little, or even already transform them.


What exactly is money? Money is a means of exchange within your material world. Money, in itself, is basically neutral – without any intrinsic value. Money is a flowing-agent. It will enable objects, opposites, polarities, goods and services to flow – either into confrontation, or into co-operation; capable of either exerting forces of repulsion or of attraction. Still the qualities of joy, love and mutual support may well flow along with money . Though money in itself is neutral, pure energy, free from polarity and value, it nonetheless has the power to send the contents of your lives into swirling dancing motion.

In the course of time, humankind turned money into a form of mental energy. A person owning money was considered valuable, while another without, was deemed worthless. Someone possessing money felt good, yet a person without it, felt bad. Those receiving money were seen as being rewarded; while those who lost money, were made to feel punished. Even while during some periods in history it was morally noble not to possess any money at all, nowadays this is perceived to be a rather sorry state to be in. People replaced happiness, self-esteem, blood, love and service with money. Thus money gained power over people and their life-flow. Happiness, self-esteem, blood and love coagulated into super-fluous matter of little import, before clogging up even further into sticky trickles and clots.

The river of joy became as stuck as the actual blood flow. Your cancer- and calcification-syndromes directly result from a lack of joy, that came with the fight for survival, that you believed must be fought, in order to become valued, accepted, lovable and rich.

At the same time, though, this fight also was a permanent seizure, because you yourselves had built a handicap into this system, which would NEVER allow you to become truely valued, accepted, lovable and rich. Time and again this handicap would pull around the rudder 180°, just before any final breakthrough – pushing you back down into the dire straits of poverty and fruitless toil (by way of your vows).

The river of self-love began to turn murky. Flashes of momentary joy became ever shorter and scarcer, until, eventually, they withdrew into the realm of your dreams, or into illnesses (like manic depression) and comatose states, where an inexplicable inner smile would be visible on your faces, while, on the outside, doctors fought for your health.

These flashes of joy also withdrew further into that very instant, when Death finally touched your souls to release you from the confinement of your bodies. But as long as you were alive, healthy and awake, clearly none of you had anything to give away. Well, by now you will have realized that, indeed, you had neither lived nor were you healthy and awake! Doing one’s fellow man or woman a service had meanwhile evolved into service industry – paid in advance, naturally! EVERYBODY’S self-esteem, rich and poor, had disappeared without a trace by the time it dawned on you, that all your money’s worth could not buy happiness, love, health or fulfillment. In due course, literally everyone had become poor, dry, brittle and rigid.


What is spirituality? What is it not? Spirit is Spirit. Spirit is life and development, eternal progress as much as simple existence, doing-everything-and-nothing and being-as-I-am-now, and also give-and-take. It is absolutely spiritual, to be penniless at times. Just as it is absolutely spiritual to have money in abundance. Permanently desired abundance and growth, though, is just as un-spiritual (spiritual = rich in spirit) as permanenly desired poverty.

Any stream will sometimes carry great masses of water, while at other times it may shrink to a trickle. At some point, it may even dry up completely, because the water may have found another bed for itself. There is wisdom both within flow and stagnation, just as there is in darkness and light. Nothing Here and Now needs to be changed or “euphemised”. Everything Here and Now is replete with reason, wisdom and meaning. Yet – and there is no contradiction here – there is also no reasonat all, why things should remain as they stand.

Your vows of poverty and commerce, taken in the Age of Taurus of your soul-year, arose out of spiritual necessity and as an expression of spirit within human existence. They signified your social affiliation with a particular community. Today, though, with little or no money to spare, in order to even live comfortably, you have become distanced from the Flow of Spirit and Life.

Money-flow and spirit-flow are just as closely interlocked, as are Spirit and Sexus. They are ONE.

Spirituality is that which is true; that which IS here and now, regardless of whether it is causing pain, frustration or delight. It is completely unspiritual, even blatantly devoid of spirit, to believe in God according to dogmas, restrictions or prescribed rules. This will only lead to self-defamation and self-deception.
On the other hand, it is indeed highly spiritual to encounter “religio” within your own life, profession and hours of silence: reconnecting to and living from your own source, ever increasing the flow into a wide river of life.
Conversely, it is not at all spiritual to be leaving the house each morning for a ‘daily grind’, which may pay the bills, but leaves you exhausted and frustrated at night. The traces those people leave behind, their footprints and tyre-tracks, are dark and leaden – a true burden on planet Earth.

Who of you has enough strength inside, to spend your day without a steady job, merely given to self-responsibility and pleasure? Merely doing things that need to be done Here and Now – shedding the safety net of habitual time schemes? Actually, not very many people do have the guts to pull this off, even in spite of no evident lack of funds. No, the reason lies neither with a necessity to earn money, nor the need to invest in future security. The simple fact of the matter is, you absolutely do not wish to face yourselves. You cannot stand stand your own presence for even short periods of time – let alone all day long, whole weeks, months or even years of your lives.

It is utterly spiritual, then, to receive each moment of your life as you would a precious gift. It may be tiresome and demanding at times, to be coping without a framework of duties holding you up from outside, such as appointments to keep or welcome distractions. There will be no more cozy feelings of being needed or of use. But precisely this is the way for your life-rivers to seek out new beds and find new ways. After the stagnation of ebb and dried-up old waterways, there will be new flow again– and these fresh waters will indeed form fresh streams.


There are seven spiritual laws guiding you through this course of lectures. None other than yourselves created those laws, which serve as a framework for spirtual development within physical existence. Spiritual laws are laws of life: laws of abundance, of joy and boundless expansion; they are laws of love – which exist in total opposition to your socially accepted rules and regulations. Spiritual laws aim at growth, freedom and maturity.

Between these laws and your conscious decisions, however, meaningful inner connections exist, that by design must express themselves within your reality. When you are in harmonious resonance with those laws, they will automatically act in a fulfilling and transforming way.

But should you be out of resonance, they remain unfulfilled and will accurately present themselves again at the next possible occasion. This is the reason, why you always encounter the same old problems over and over, until they get finally solved.

The following is an aspect of duality: Any cosmic power will either be working with you on a shared bandwidth - thus being positive, expanding and fulfilling; or without any connection to your own frequency – with negative, contracting, unfulfilled and unfulfilling results. During the age of spiritual winter, you did not possess the power of choice between acting with or without connection to the spiritual laws, but NOW you do. Here we are calling those laws Levels. This course is built up in seven levels. And so in this lecture we will give you the introduction and three of those levels.


Both the subject matter and the aspects of resonance will be briefly outlined. The illustration on the title page contains information both for your conscious mind, as well as spiritual information, flowing into your deeper inner planes, facilitating access to the material at hand. To this end, you may use it as a meditation image. Working through the material then follows. The subject matter will be explained, guided and brought into vibration within each of the three levels of your existence: the conscious mind, the nature of the soul and the realm of the spirit.


All spiritual laws work in the very same space, in which you have your existence. They inevitably effect your life. The only question is: when and where does this happen. It may well be that you never receive their blessings or wealth, due to the very first law thoroughly undermining your endeavours: Free Will.

‘What is consciously being sent out by the spirit, human beings (in the physical body) shall consciously receive.’ Everything the Cosmos willingly bestows within the Field of Open Consciousness (cf. Level 5), must be willingly received by humans in a state of open consciousness – and this is the only way it can work, by using conscious intent.

This means: You must want to become like the cosmos out of your own free will. God created you in his image, anyway, so you only need want to be what you already are – deeply!!!

Simply speaking, you have to vibrate on the same frequency as the cosmos. You must be in resonance with it. As long as you are in dissonance with the cosmos, all potential will flow merely around and through you, without embodying, expressing and materializing itself in your life.

Potential stands for probability. Potentials can only turn into active force by being taken hold of and funnelling them through the resistance of your physical body, with conscious volition. Thus transforming it into power. (cf. power generation).


These explanations firstly adress your waking consciousness, your mind. It , too, wants to grow along with you, expanding and having contact to other intelligences. So the mind needs its own share in these lectures. It will receive information on the nature of the cosmos and its own origin. The question of how to implement these aspects in your own life will be clarified: things your mind can do by itself and things better be left to other planes; and how these can co-operate.


Best conducted in a state of relaxation and inner honesty, these exercises contain opportunities to reflect on your own thoughts and habits, be they past or present, in regard to each issue: like fears of losing love and faith, possessiveness and pomposity, feelings of guilt and inferiority or maybe even an inflated sense of responsibility or aggression, pride and a craving for power etc.

Take a fresh sheet of paper for each question, write it down and then give a detailed written answer. Write it in your best hand, lovingly, and be gentle with yourself. Do not condemn yourself! Take your time and add to the notes later, should you find new insights.

At some point, all will be done and the moment for release will arrive: prepare for a quiet hour in a cozy corner by yourself, in front of a fireplace or outdoors. Light a little fire, (on the ground or in a metal dish) and -lovingly!!- hand your pages over to the flames. Take the decision with the burning of your papers, to let go of old times and to begin a whole new era in your life, with all the forces of Blessing and Free Flow.

Many spiritual companions and energies will be with you, reinforcing with strength your farewell of the old from within their own realms. On all levels of your life, this will effect a stocktaking, cleansing and release of the way you acted towards yourself, and your inner and outer abundance (or poverty). You can only let go of what you have first honestly faced and accepted .


It is possible for you to read and understand the meditations with intellectual awareness, but you may also use them as tools for inner retreat, as gate-openers to spiritual spaces or as psychic medicine for your physical bodies. Your conscious mind yearns to understand, what went on and why. It wants to know, why something had worked in the past or why it hadn’t. It is quite prepared to let go of old patterns, once it can comprehend them. Your soul, however, prepares the inner opening. It works on deeper levels, travelling like a messanger between your earthly and divine spirit, delivering information, insights and energies.

Meditation is a tool of soul- and spirit-consciousness. As these two have a much wider range and more direct link to cosmic and earthly worlds, meditation is the most powerful way to reach all spaces and times – even though you may not remember anything substantial on awakening. What we call meditation here, is complete surrender of all concentration, control, attitude and objectives. It is comparable to sleep, unconsciousness, day-dreaming and obliviousness. It is drifting in the spheres of inner worlds, free of conscious will.

This tool of “meditation or “healing sleep” does, however; only take effect through your waking intention. Your mundane spirit must set the direction, press the YES-button and open the living-spaces and gates within the body. (cf. Lecture 2, chapter: “The Human Body as a Sluiceway “). Once you have expressed your intention strongly, consciously, with all your will, wholeheartedly and with great inner determination, your soul and divine spirit can take hold of the staff of creation and carry it further. While they do this, your earthly spirit can relax and let IT happen. There is nothing left for it to do, it can simply sleep.

Meditation is no mindless drifting around the astral planes of life without purpose, though it may look a lot like it. Instead, meditation is achieved in a state of perfect concentration and indifference, acute intent and absolute aimlessness. That state, then, is free of magnetism and situated precisely between the planes of cosmos and earth, between your body and spirit – inside the time-gap (level 6.). Meditation guides your mind out of, and your spirit into your body. Simultaneously, the hormone system and ageing processes are being disabled by the production of entirely different hormones, acids and enzymes. Meanwhile, during this time of inner commutations, an alignment of your physical body with the spaces of your spiritual consciousness occurs, which then rapidly open and express themselves in your life.

The spiritual powers of meditation produce melatonins in your pineal gland, that by flooding the body, deeply relax it, sending it to sleep. During this phase of your life, you are metabolising spiritual information, you are embodying spirit. The balance between crystalline consciousness and crystalline body manifests: in that manner, your waking experiences literally become the physical form of your bodies. At the same time, the next opening of cellular consciousness is being prepared for, during phases of ‘healing-sleep’, which in the next waking phase will enable you to receive new insights and understanding, quite impossible to achieve beforehand. Like a child on a swing, you are in turns lifting your physical body and consciousness ever higher into the spheres of crystalline light, by employing the meditative rhythm of waking and sleeping. Keep in mind that imbalances between body and consciousness can lead to spiritual impediments, illness and anomalies.

In the sleep state, the body is unresistant and open, and the wider spirit is awake and in charge.
It will prepare precisely those next steps and encounters in your life, that are necessary for you to enter the field of abundance. Some of these steps may appear painful or wrong – from the viewpoint of your mind. But be assured, that the divine spirit will never lead you into situations that could really harm you.


Take a deep breath and let go of the day, physical existence and all strain. Open your heart and read the text, silently or aloud. There is no need to absorb the words with your mind, instead give them over to your soul and spirit. Just read for them. In that way, the spirit within the words will already flow into you. Maybe you get the feeling of a vast expanse, while your physical field is being electrified; which will happen in direct proportion to your own devotion to the subject of your meditation. Maybe you will feel a strong surge inside your heart, when it opens and becomes active. Maybe you are sensing spiritual beings connected to you, waiting by your side. At that very moment, you are indeed passing through a real gate, leading from one world into the next.

When dealing with longer texts, read a bit at a time, close your eyes every now and then, and let your spirit roam. By the end of a chapter (in case you’ve not fallen asleep already), let your spirit rise completely into the spheres of those vibrations: close your eyes and sleep. True meditation begins, where doing anything about it ends.
It is therefore sensible to meditate at night, before dropping off to sleep. Then, soul and spirit can work all night through on your ego-consciousness: removing impurities and fogs, exchanging information in the cells as well as purging energies of vows and deleting implants. During this time, spiritual operations take place, that will get your body into prime shape.

Of course, you can also do this during the day, just grab enough time for yourself. It may well be that you simply disappear from the radar for a couple of hours. And even if you don’t actually sleep, but simply rest in a state of relaxation, it will work fine. Don’t force anything or try to imagine what should or might happen during meditation.

Meditations discharge pain, symptoms and substances from your body. Feel the difference in your body afterwards. Concentrate on the redeemed aspects and not on those that still give you pain. Anyhow, pain is just a sign of old and confined energies leaving your system. You can help this process through breathing, keeping a positive inner attitude and by consciously opening your body. Give it time to stabilize these new energies and vibrations.



During the past ages, the separation of money and spirit was an aspect of power and repression. Yet, money and sprit had not only become separated from one another, but also from yourselves. By way of commercial-vows, you interrupted the free flow of mundane-material prosperity in your life. And you did the same with the free flow of cosmic-spiritual prosperity, through vows of poverty. With both those types of vows, you cut yourselves off from your creative powers, surrendering your whole life to the goodwill and arbitrariness of other people. In many lifetimes you reiterated the choice of victimhood, pledged your submission anew, cemented your dependency and stooped your creaturehood to ever lower levels. For many, many lives you “sold” your soul and bound it in religious chains – at times you were the powerless, and at other times the high and mighty. Therefore your inner powers of suppressing free flow of money and abundance on earthly and spiritual planes, are great, deep, arcane and powerful. Being so infinitely subtle, they are impossible for you to detect, nor can you undo them. They became part of your cell matrix, part of your flesh and your innermost conviction of what makes a ‘decent and honest person’. You cannot dissolve this tangle of merchant- and poverty-vows merely with the powers of the conscious mind (in the waking state). You see: you have surrendered an enormous part of your lives to Divine Spirit, Grace and Redemption. Deliverance must somehow come from somewhere, but no one knows anything specific. It cannot be pondered, considered, planned or organized.


“Money corrupts the character”. No, the character had already been corrupted, long before money was first printed. By then, the cosmic character, in the shape of a newborn baby, had already been exposed to the light and darkness of duality – in a case of do or die.

“Having lots of money is dangerous”. Well, let’s put it this way: having lots of money without passing it on and keeping it aflow, or even worse, using it as a means to gain persomal power, means you are not in cosmic flux. In fact, you won’t behave like water but like stone; you resemble a retaining wall, forced to withstand immense pressure. Your spirit, YOU YOURSELF, wants you to be inside life’s flow, though, it wants you to drink the water of life, to float and swim in it and reach new shores. Therefore, it will send those beings who will help you to let go of dammed up money. You yourselves will attract dark or light helpers from all possible planes.

“Money has to be invested. Money has to work and increase. Money has to be invested to secure the future!” In the old era this was good and proper, even though it resulted in leading you to your lowest points of powerlessness and torpor. But that, of course, is exactly where you wanted to go. The lowest point simultaneously represents the turning point. The new era - externally - brings vibrational changes and re-formations into your bodies, which lead to symptoms and problems in daily life, as well as blockages and deficit in your money flow, only as long as – internally - you keep abiding by the rules of the old era. Each and every foundation of your spiritual life has meanwhile changed or has even been reversed. That is why all your previous notions of growth and wealth lead nowhere. Therefore, your old contracts and agreements, your ideas of moral concepts, competition and contest cannot work anymore!

The hearts of all humans are united in spirit and this has an immense impact on business. That is to say: Everything moving in your heart, also moves in the hearts of everyone else. Each dreary thought of poverty that you emanate, will certainly find those business partners, who along your lines and who will certainly cheat you, just like you cheat yourself inside. That is also to say: Every bit of carefree openness that you emanate today, will certainly lead you to those partners who feel the same as you, and who will work with you, in order to build a new world of business, vocation and finance, based on concepts of giving and receiving freely.

It is a question of resonance. It is not a question of belief or faith, but of simple technical resonance. What you emanate, is what you attract. It is not a question of spiritual guidance and determination, but rather of one’s own choices and judgements.

The age of the old power structures is over. Rulers and priests once held power over you. They told you what to do and what was taboo. Their means of repression were money and spirit. You were not permitted either to HAVE or to BE. My dears, this is so deeply engrained in your bones, that now you are doing all of it to yourselves: Now you yourselves are the rulers and priests, who dictate your way of life and demand submission – from yourselves and the rest of humanity.

Spirit will no longer wield power, once there is not just one God, but millions. Money will no longer wield power, once there is more than enough for everyone. How will this come about? Well, simply by allowing, permitting and creating it, simply by being worthy of it!!!

There are no guillotines hanging over your heads, but instead there are cornucopias filled with money, gold and wealth. They will shower you with all their contents, once you intend and allow them to. Many of you do want it, but don’t allow it. We don’t need to bother with the question of outer organization here, but instead look at the question, of how to open up inside. Of course, the whole thing is not about money or gold as such, but about reclaiming joy and carefree abandon, creative powers and compassion. These powers represent the primal wealth in your life, out of which the secondary automatically arises.

Of course, it is a blessing also for other people, if you have enough money to give away and to be able to travel and be, where you are loved and welcome.

You will be valuable to other people, once you stop wasting your lives in meaningless jobs. Just imagine not feeking worn out all the time anymore, having plenty of time for others, simply being there for them and doing things together, that make all of you happy and let you spread the wings of cosmic effortlessness.

You will be a blessing to earth and mankind, when you have enough money to breathe without a care, your heart free, wide and open. The quality of your breath and heartbeat will simply be medicine to the breath and heartbeat of mankind – indeed!!

Unwilling to work? Well, many of you enjoy work, but haven’t found your true vocations yet – first of all, because they don’t yet exist; secondly, because the knotted tangle of your vows remains unreleased; or thirdly, because you are looking for them in the light, when your true crystalline work awaits you in the dark; and fourthly, because deep inside, you secretly wish everything to stay just as it ever was. You will start by clearing out the waste from inside your cells, letting go of old belief systems and and liberating the light inside. You will invent your own professions, develop and expand them. You can grow in peace and joy, without worrying about survival. It is impossible, though, to achieve this by using the conscious mind, only through the spirit will it work. Then you will be able to do all things at once – not one after the other anymore.

Simply do not ask: “How is that supposed to work?” Indeed, it is impossible to imagine and we won’t give you any answers. This question alone, this inner attitude, by being rooted in doubt, will lock your inner field. Just don’t ask this question, instead enjoy the message and breathe deeply. This alone will open your inner field, so your spirit can begin preparations for installing your cell matrix and consciousness into fifth-dimensional normality. It is magic, your own magic, that one day you will explain to us.

You are in cosmic resonance, when you have plenty of money, without hoarding it, receiving it and letting it go, welcoming it and letting it go once more. Then you are truly rich. You can be neither blackmailed nor robbed, because you and your wealth won’t need those helpers of flow anymore. Is there one good reason not to enjoy having plenty of money?


Two worlds exist side by side, occupying the same space but existing in different realities. The New Earth vibrates on a scale of 14 and 500 Hertz, the Old Earth vibrates between 1 and 14 Hertz. Apparent contradictions can easily be explained by this fact, because both the old and the new principle exist at the same time.

On the Old Earth, mental powers of the brain and the power of love of the heart, are kept separate. Cosmic impulses, picked up by the brain’s magnetism and the pineal gland, are relayed via the central nervous system to body and mind. This way, they enter the physical structure without ever touching the heart, causing a flurry of hormone activity, which spark feelings of restlessness, fear, aggression, activity and depression, that must be brought into balance by the organism. This path of spiritual impulses into the body is literally heartless. Spirit and Love go their seperate ways, dividing up mundane concers into their respective fields of responsibility. Consequently inner contradictions arise, separation and loss of strength. As a result, the fields of the aura and the chakras vibrate on different, unaligned wavelengths, causing the stream of vital energy to take vast detours through your aura fields, with great loss. This is the cause of karma, the way of cause and effect. Here is the realm of grey worlds, pain and the Akasha. Here, the principles of ‘guilt’ and ‘atonement’ are still valid and old mechanisms and contracts, based on fear and dependency, will carry on functioning for a while. People of the Old Earth are often beside themselves, far from their own centre. They act in the outside world and react to outer influences. The power of self-creation lies still undiscovered and is therefore ineffective.

On the New Earth, Cosmic Spirit in the brain and Christ-Love of the heart, have finally combined. All chakras and fields of life are in harmony and united. Therefore, cosmic impulses take a different, much simpler and more direct route than before.

They flow through the channel of Metatron – the pivot of the unified fields – into the heart, where they anchor and turn into a physically compatible force. The heart is also referred to as the cosmic computer, because every information and energy-form present in in the cosmos, can also be found in this vital organ in the shape of organic-crystalline cellular-micro-chips.

The cosmic influx will activate those informations and energy patterns in your heart, that are now meaningful to you. You can also receive this momentum transfer inside in the form of spoken information. By asking what is currently going on inside, you will be told in your times of silence.

This pathway into your physical structure by cosmic stimuli is literally hearty. All information is thus clothed in the gentle love-force and crystalline clarity of the heart, before reaching the brain and body. Therefore all negative feelings become redundant over time, even impossible. The hormone system will level out completely and eventually relinquish its former position as headmaster.

On the Old Earth, the evolutionary principle of “pain and fear” rules, while on the New Earth the evolutionary principle of “joy and creativity” holds sway. There is neither dependency nor competition, because everyone creates from the centre of their own power and wisdom. Each person has something unique to give in co-operation with the beings of the physical and non-physical worlds.

Step 1 “The Nature of Abundance”

In metaphysics, the cosmos is called a “quantum field”, a field of all possibilities. Any potential needed at any time, on any planet or in any dimension, in order to experience REALITY, can be found here. Every “toy or tool” ever used in creation, to form experiences light or dark in nature, reside here. The quantum field (i.e. the cosmos) is the entity of infinite abundance. In quantum mechanics this field is being explored and the science of quantum mechanics describes the connection between the physical field of infinite limitation and the cosmic field of infinite abundance:

You are Pure Consciousness, infinite, limitless. You are silence, balance, simplicity and bliss. You are knowledge and abundance – all of this in vast expansion.

Nothing exists separate from you. Your thoughts are living, active awareness. They have the power to open or close all possible energetic or spiritual spaces.

Your human body is not separate from the body of the universe, because there are no boundaries. Your body is an essence of the universe and, indeed, all universes. The universe itself is an expansion of your body and, indeed, all other bodies. You are One with the universe and all mankind and beings.

Therefore you can only create abundance in your life once you accept:

– That the universe, your own body, is infinitely wealthy
– That the bodies of all other humans are also part of your universe
– That they are, therefore, also part of your own body and life.

This means: You can only create wealth in your own life, once you embrace wealth for everybody else, as well. If abundance starts flowing into your life, it will also flow into the lives of those, who you are in contact with. What you receive, is therefore never taken away from anyone.
The old, stringent principle states: “If one loses, all lose”. The new, expanding principle states: “If one wins, all win”. These two principles become polarised (strengthend) currently and demand a clear choice from you. This is not: “me versus the others”, but “win or lose”.


Pure potential is EVERYTHING. It floats in the cosmos, in the space of NOTHING, waiting to be utilised. Pure potential is cosmic energy of highest essence and vibrancy. It knows everything, but has experienced nothing. So it moves “downwards” through the dimensions into matter. On its way through various dimensions, its frequency becomes ever denser, until vibration itself turns into matter. Therefore its consciousness also condenses. Oblivious of its origin, it knows nothing anymore, but experiences everything.

With time, though, it once again begins to gravitate towards the core of its cosmic identity, by way of its experiences. At one point, it will release itself from matter, which is the resistor of free flow, and rises back up into the spiritual realms. Now it knows everything and also has experienced everything. This is how it became cosmic POWER.
Any potential, all cosmic energy, must become physical and flow into the field of resistance first, if it wants to become active power. Cosmic energy is aiming to become matter before soaring up again in the form of spiritual energy. It goes through the same processes as Divine Spirit, who slips into a human form to experience physical reality, in order to eventually rise up with the wealth of its knowledge.


The conscious mind, your ego, looks outside towards the world. Doing this, it closes off energetic and spiritual realms. It aligns itself with the earth-plane and reacts to it. The old earth-plane is a dense space of low vibrational frequency. It is the field of COUNTERFORCE and RESISTANCE. Here is the dominion of suppression and disorder, chaos and imbalance, not at all that of order and power, abundance and wealth. These must first be developed. Man looks to the outer world and searches for the source of abundance there. But the only things he finds, are problems, tasks and duties, contracts and obligations.

You will find fulfillment and abundance, once you look inside – at yourself, inside your heart. Because that place is identical to the quantum field. In your heart exactly the same powers, beings, times and spaces exist as in the cosmos. Your heart is a small cosmos on earth. Thoth the Atlantean said: “The cosmos develops through the heart of man”.

Your spirit directs its view inside and connects its body to the cosmos. Here and now everything is available in unlimited opulence.

Your imagination and dreams are limitless. They allow you a monthly income of € 20.000 for 7 working days. Your conscience, rational thought and experience, your moral code and self-esteem won’t allow this, though. They limit your monthly income to € 3.000 for 30 working days plus 80 hours overtime per month.
What is imagination? What are dreams? What are conscience, rationality, self-esteem and moral codes?


In silence, a timeless space opens up, through which you can reach your heart. As often as you can, go into silence and into your heart. For a moment, become internally still and withdraw deep within yourself. Breathe in and out deeply for a couple of times. Open your heart. It will be, simply by your deciding so. Become empty, free and wide inside. Say to yourself: “I am letting go of what was, what is and what will be. I AM HERE AND NOW at ONE with MY-SELF”.

You can do this lying down or sitting up and later, when you are familiar with the process, even when standing or walking. The aim of the exercise is for your spirit to gradually move from your head into your heart and become established there. In the evening you can read the meditation of the fusion of the fields or any other heart meditation and fall asleep over it.


You will feel a marked transformatiom of your perception and strength over time. You will profoundly experience yourself, discovering sides of yourself, that you did not know you had; rekindle energies of your childhood, now in their mature form. In dreams, visions and inner images, as well as in waking consciousness, you will sense expansions of your life, that will help you view yourself increasingly as the natural centre of the cosmos.
You will see that when you arrive at yourself, it won’t mean that you withdraw from others, even though this may sometimes be necessary. The more you have arrived at yourself, the more open, valuable and enriching you will be for others. They will bathe in your radiance, free themselves from their own grey mists and also take the path of self-experience.

Combine and complete your exercises by changing your habits:

• Practice positive thinking, joy and ease at every ordinary occasion;
• Be aware of yourself and monitor your actions and reactions;
• Stay in the present. Whenever your thoughts drift into past or future, pull them back gently to the
• here and now;
• Phrase a conscious intention for changing your thoughts and feelings;
• Keep a diary for a while, in brief notes. Express what you feel and perceive, at any particular time. The feelings are more important than the actual events.

All this will lead you to self-empowerment, to your second birth on earth. During your first birth, your soul descended into a fetal form and grew up along with it. The purpose of that soul-birth was to develop a useful body for the spirit.

At the end of the fourth seven-year-cycle, at the age of 28, this body is complete. Now the time has come for the birth of the spirit. It longs to descend into the body, in order to bring its potential to earth and turn it into power.
Self-empowerment connects the three levels of body-, soul-, and spirit consciousness. Therefore, the radiation field of your body is being completely altered. The previously electromagnetic aura turns into an electric field of radiance. Your attachment to the electromagnetic forces of the earth and your interwoveness with the thoughts and emotions of mankind dissolve.

Such inner transformations automatically lead to great changes in your outer world.


Picture the cosmos as being a huge spiritual entity, a personality, just like yourself. The cosmos radiates diverse kinds of energy to earth through the ages. It can easily tone down radiation to such an extent, that darkness forms on earth, providing for all facets of chaos and disorder. It can just as easily increase radiation, so that light evolves on earth and with it, every potential for joy, abundance, free flow and wealth.

Poverty and wealth, blockages and free flow, are first and foremost issues of volition and dignity: They result in vibration and vibrancy. Secondly, they are a question of a particular era within your cycle of change. Spiritual volition creates cosmic vibration and also the eras of the earth. You are One with the cosmos, with spiritual volition and the earth’s eras. Therefore you are one with poverty and with wealth. To know this is confusing for your mind and very easing for your heart. Let your heart come first!.

Your mind is not inclined to believe, that chaos and darkness should be aspects of abundance, as it experiences quite the opposite through them. But your heart knows, that this is exactly what makes you rich: inner strength, ideas, stamina, perseverence and joy all grow up in this field of poverty. They become blossoms and fruit, and when the time is ripe – they will in turn transform into earthly abundance.

The cosmos itself is an entity of boundless, unconditional abundance. If you hadn’t set limits and conditions for yourselves, it would continuously empty its cornucopia over you and you would be suffocated. Your path up to the present, all of your intentions and creations, would have been in vain. The cosmos, according to mutual agreement, gives to each and every single being exactly what it wants and needs. Especially in dark times of evolution, when your conscious volition differs wildly from that of the sub- and higher-conscious.


Consciousness doesn’t equal consciousness. Your waking consciousness doesn’t know what it wants, or it wants things that are illogical, absurd, irrelevant or unwise. Your sub-conscious permanently sends up signals of its own intents: old feelings, stuck energies and mundane necessities. Your higher-conscious knows the grand scheme, the agenda and the goal of your physical life and will present you with the matching reality, finely tuned and co-ordinated with its ’colleagues-in-will’ from the departments of sub- and waking consciousness.


On one hand, this time on earth represents a new cosmic era within your accustomed soul-year (cf. Lecture 4). Introducing new demands and advancements, that really aren’t that new, because you know them from the same month of the previous soul year – a recollection, lying within your cell memory and now opening up.

On the other hand, this present time on earth is also the beginning of a new galactic era. It didn’t exist here before. For this, you have no information and recollection in your cell memory. Here new patterns and currents are introduced, that are completely new and deeply unfamiliar – for you as well as for us.

And yet this galactic framework of life manifests through you. It manifests through your cosmic hearts, which were not at all inactive in the dark eras of mundane poverty- and merchant-vows. In order to bring the new energies of abundance and limitless expansion into your lives, you must first understand and accept the mechanics of your old dark era. Only then can you advance towards your cosmic hearts, which will then reveal their mechanisms to you. So you will move forward on your path on earth, that in spirit you have already left behind. You have already arrived, where you long to be.

Reference to the object during the Pisces era drew you away from YOUR-SELF, from your spirit and soul. Your eyes were set on the flesh, on matter, money and the world.

Reference to the subject (self-reference) allows for the phasing of your earthly life with that of the cosmos. Close your eyes to the world for a while. Don’t shut them in refusal, defense and ignorance, but in love, kindness and care for YOUR-SELF. What you do for yourself, is being done for the whole world.

Look inside and be ready to discover power, strength, joy and abundance there. Do this every day, especially in the morning after waking up and in the evening before going to sleep. Your spiritual eyes will open and YOU YOURSELF will be a source of joy and richness to the world.

Imagine yourself to be a golden grain of seed in the infinite dark cosmic space. You look around and see see nothing but darkness on earth and in the cosmos. But deep inside yourself you are aware of light and abundance. Your outer eyes are blind to it, so simply close them and look inside. Here you will discover yourself, your cosmic self, in the silence, and find out who you really are and what power resides within you.


Look at your life in the light of the following questions and answer them in as much detail as possible.

1. Do you have enough money for your living? And if not, why?
2. What do you do with your money? Through which avenues does it normally come to you? What do you do for it? What do you think, must do to get it?
3. Do you talk about money? With whom? And with whom do you not talk about it? Why not?
4. Do you allow other people insight into your financial affairs? If not, why?
5. What have you done until now, in order to to gain prosperity (recognition, love, support)? What could you do now and in the future, to get it?
6. What do you do to stop or repel what’s coming to you (love, recognition, respect, gifts, money)? What are your reasons?
7. Are you spending money quickly? Why, and on what?

The aura fields and chakras of the old world vibrate on different unaligned frequencies. This leads to the current of life energy to flow through the aura circuitously and with loss. What could be more obvious, than to unite these fields?


During periods of inner retreat you can easily reunite your unequally vibrating fields of life (chakras, fields of aura and spirit, as well as cosmic spaces) and harmonize them. It is sensible to choose the highest vibration you can bear right from the start, and resolve to allow it:

I am breathing deeply and calmly out and in. I am letting go of what was, what is and what will be. I am one with the ocean of crystalline light. This is my living space, that I now accept, explore and infuse with myself. Infinite love flows through me. Infinite Christ-light radiates through all the cells of my body.

I open my body wide and let all energies sink into the ground – I am simply letting myself go.

On inhaling deeply, I receive God-light into my heart and, exhaling, expand it into an emerald- green sphere, radiating slightly beyond the boundaries of my heart. Simply by my deciding this, it is so. My heart is now pulsating in a ball of emerald green light – and I breathe deeply.

Inhaling, I am receiving light in my heart. Exhaling, I take it into the sphere of light, increasing its size. I let it grow through my loving intent: up towards the throat and down to the solar plexus. My chest is now breathing within a pink ball of light.

With the following breath, I continue to grow this ball. It now reaches up to the forehead, over the arms and down to the navel. The upper part of my body is snug inside a turquoise ball of light.

I continue to let the sphere grow – breath by breath:

…up to the top of my head and down to the tailbone. Now it is glowing in a soft light-blue…
…up to the Alpha-chakra and down to the Omega-chakra, it is suffused in the frequency of mystical indigo blue. In between these two chakras lies the channel of Metatron, the golden windpipe of my soul. Gently, I breathe through it…
Another breath, again, makes the sphere grow. Between the eighth chakra and the knees, it now vibrates in a soft purple hue and expands into the fields of my feelings and emotions….
…extended between the 9th chakra and the calves, it reaches the vibration of magenta and unites my mental body with all its fields inside …
…the ball of light still keeps growing up towards the tenth chakra and down to the feet. Now my whole body lies inside a pearl-colored and opalescent vibration. It gently enfolds my spirit body - and opens it up...
My next breath expands the ball of light into the realm of the oversoul. Golden yellow, it reaches the 11th chakra and amalgamates everything with my heart.
A further breath turns the light to gold. Now it has arrived at the 12th chakra and my Christ-self. I allow all currents to flow freely.
In the 13th chakra, the light touches on my I - AM - presence with its silver radiance and breathes cosmic being into the spaces of my body.
A final deliberate breath from the heart now expands the sphere of One Light into the 14th chakra. In Pure White Light everything merges with the SOURCE. Here, in the crystalline realms, I Am One with All.




The cosmic stream is made up of intelligence in perpetual motion, an endless flow of will and consciousness running powerfully through ages, spaces and dimensions. It’s a river of energy and information in whose eternal movement lie abundance, wealth and everlasting expansion.

Nothing is being lost, nothing ever getting stuck or impeding the whole, nothing competes with anything else. Everything multiplies: that which flows away, returns a thousandfold. Whatever dies or comes to an end within one cycle, will continue life in the next.

This is how the cycles of earth flow: Water, wind, the growth of plants, animals and soil. Thus flow the currents of your bodies: blood, lymph, breath, nerves, hormones and bones, as well as your life energy and ethereal systems.
All cosmic cycles and streams are open, while all earthly ones are closed. All cycles and streams on earth can lose their life, but they can’t in spirit. This means: Spiritual openness protects earthly life and earthly closure lets it die.
Cosmic streams consist of GIVING. An infinite flow unconditionally gives of, and loses itself in infinity – without actually losing itself in the way you understand. Cosmic rivers keep merging afresh with themselves, no matter how far away from themselves they flowed.

Earthly streams consist of GIVING and RECEIVING. Think of in- and exhaling, of veins and arteries, of the left and the right foot, of day and night, of eating and excreting, of birth and death. They also do not lose themselves, they flow far away from themselves, renew themselves and return.

Only the stream of your emotions and thoughts is free to flow wherever it wants. The stream of your intentions and volition can flow out or not do so, can return or not return. The river of your choices and decisions can renew itself or leave it. The stream of YES and NO can flow, or run dry. You decide, whether or not these streams will flow. The things that you do not consciously and deliberately decide, will become stuck. You have free will. Continuous indecision gives power to NO, resulting in your streams drying up and eventually your own death – on earth, simply, because you are no longer in resonance (raisin-ance) with the rivers of earth and the cosmos.
GIVING and RECEIVING are forces of cosmic flow on earth. They enrich you and expand your being.


Between the center of the planet and the cosmos, two streams are running. The cosmic stream flows from the cosmos to the heart of earth, while the planetary stream flows from the heart of the earth to the cosmos. The cosmic stream consists of LIGHT. It carries spiritual nourishment, wisdom, joy and love. The closer it gets to earth, the denser it becomes; in order not to incinerate earth and humanity.

The planetary stream consists of DARKNESS. Carrying with it tight earthly experience and energies of confusion, pain and fear. The further away it gets from earth, the brighter and wider it becomes. However, these streams can only run, because there are sending-receiving aerial masts and converters on earth: namely your spinal columns with the central nervous system and your transforming hearts.

The planet can only develop through people living on it. “Lovely,” you might say, “that there are so many people living on earth, it must develop wonderfully!” Indeed, it has developed a great deal and has plunged deeply into the regions of pain and stagnation, as have the multitudes of people, who have also become a burden on the planet .
Well, the fact is, that it is you who make the Cosmic-Planetary Breath come alive. You have your finger on the button, which allows rivers to run or stop, making them bright and fluid or dark and sticky. They can only flow, once you are open to both poles and directions, and your inner attitude has become aligned to both movements: from above to below and from below upwards.

Both those movements comply with the overriding spiritual will. The nodding movement of YES: “THY (divine) will be done” - connects you with higher and lower realms. The movement of shaking the head NO: “MY (human) will be done!” - connects you with the horizontal worlds of earth. Furthermore, a flow full of change also helps strengthen the forceful currents of life.

Your Free Will can distance you from the divine, if you focus your thoughts and feelings, your perception and orientation exclusively on the earth and humanity. You are doing on the assumption, that here you will receive everything you need. But two fatal errors lie hidden in this:

1. It is the balance of heaven and earth, that ensures and full-fills your earthly lives. Distancing yourselves from heaven, automatically distances yourselves from earth – and the streams run dry.

2. In fact you don’t have need, but are quite able to give. You have arranged creation in such a manner, that you can receive EVERYTHING you need from the vertical Cosmic-Planetary Stream, and can give EVERYTHING the world needs on the horizontal. In this lies the deepest wisdom and fulfilment of your Cross of Life (cf. Lecture 6 “Heart and Cross”).

Beside the physical spinal column and central nervous system, the Channel of Metatron represents the spiritual-mental means of your living connection with ABOVE and BELOW, life and death, light and darkness, Christ and Lucifer. Read once more the section “Soul Breath” of Lecture 2 and transfer what is being said there over to the subject of Money-Flow and your own challenges concerning this. Here, as well, the meditation of Threefold Breath will work wonders.


Your blood stream is analogous to the ways of your spirit on earth and the ways of your body in the cosmos. Your blood may on the physical plane appear to be red, thin or viscous, full of enzymes, vitamins or waste products, but from the spiritual point of view it appears as a golden stream with touches of light blue and pink. This means, that in your blood stream there run creative power (blue), spiritual unconditional love (pink) and limitless cosmic wisdom (gold). Your physical blood is the carrier of these cosmic forces, energies, intelligences and entities. They are the true provisioners of your body, the true ensurers of your life.

The more conscious you are of this, the stronger these cosmic powers will be able to work within you, because they can only express their full strength in agreement with your will and awareness. And, of course, in that sense your blood stream is identical to your rivers of joy, wisdom, creativity and, therefore, – your MONEY FLOW. In order to clarify your economic problems it is wise to diligently work through Exercise 5 (“Flowing Physical Streams”) in Lecture 6.

The stream originates as icy silver-clear water from a spring in the mountains, and merrily bubbles over the high plains in the shape a of mountain torrent, jumping downward level by level to the lowlands. It widens and branches out, turning into silent limpid lakes but still flowing – always in One Direction: towards the seas of the earth and the oceans of the spirit, for the purpose of unifying there.

At each point of flowing or resting, water can rise up through evaporation or drain off into the soil – but it will not change its direction. It will fall again as rain and rise up once more at the fount. Its routes are multifarious – and yet the cycle of growth is perfect.

To be in flow means: Giving and receiving unconditionally, unresistingly, joyously, free from demands, expectations and aspirations, unfettered by goals and intentions, form or rhythm.

Be yourself such a river of life – on earth and in the cosmos. Take the decision to give and receive. Be prepared to lose and win. Allow yourself to rise and fall. Learn how to flow powerfully and how to simply BE in fathomless repose – One with all oceans, lakes, rivers and droplets of the fluid universe.

is rather a way of taking, grasping, of possessiveness. There are people, who only always take. They do not RECEIVE. They believe, that they have nothing to give away. To them the act of giving implies “loss”, whereas taking implies “gain”. They live for their profit and loss account and suffer every coin leaving their purse.

These people don’t believe in life as such. They don’t believe either in love or wisdom, and least of all in THEM-SELVES. They are needy and inwardly empty. They are driven to full-fill this unbearable inner emptiness, because they, too, seek full-fillment. For their “full-fillment” they usurp other people and values. But that is not fulfillment but subjugation. They repress and oblige others, swallow everything they can get, demand and exact from people, putting themselves and others under pressure to work for them and to degrade themselves.

Many of them invest all their creative powers into professional systems of trickery and pressure, hiring solicitors to get their contracts “watertight” (unable to flow) and to “push through their rights” ( violently stemming the flow of life). In social and spiritual circles they invent new “money games”, “equity stakes”, and “present-exchange-circles”, that promise gains for all – but end up in losses for all. Their life-spiral runs anticlockwise, downwards – with a gully-effect.

They only give money with interest and nominal yield, in order to tether the life force of others to themselves and control them. It is irrelevant whether this is done consciously or unconsciously: this stagnant energy works with lethal reliability, not for others, mind you, but for themselves. On the surface, they may seem rich and wealthy, apparently able to buy anything at all. Superficially, they may appear to have power and repute, but inside they are beggarly, sick and unfulfilled, because there is noone who loves them for who they are. They themselves are deeply convinced, that everything they have to give, is really worth NOTHING.

Human demands and expectations, whatever their size, are the expression of a spirit feeling deeply worthless and rejected and caused by the separation from life’s flow.

This kind of TAKING is a legacy of the poverty vows (Lecture 4, Capital “Age of Taurus”), that desires to HAVE but will not GIVE anything in return; simply because it believes it owns nothing. Someone only always desiring to receive, is unable to give.

is just as dodgy. Many people believe, that they are only capable of giving. They believe, they merely wish to be giving, as they feel they have “so much to give away” and “need nothing” for themselves.
This is a spiritual cover-up, also rooted in feelings of worthlessness, fear and inner detachment. They act out of of concealed feelings and experiences: out of obligation, obedience, subordination, even subjugation and feelings of guilt and fear; out of the wish for recognition and being needed and the desire to be loved.

They overwhelm others with smaller and larger presents; slipping others a little something whenever they meet. They never arrive empty handed, always having a richly decked table, filled fridges and biscuit tins. They drop everything whenever anyone needs help, giving their last penny.

A present coming their way, can be deeply perturb them and throw them off course. The person giving the present may find himself under a heavy bombardment of reasons, why THIS wasn’t at all necessary: “You don’t have that much yourself”. You see, we just hit upon earthly cornucopias! Their dance floor is the destitution and helplessness of others. That is exactly what they need, in order to indulge their give-and-take-addiction, thereby continuing to ignore their very own needs.

Both they, as well as the one presented with a gift, are secretly beleaguered by pride and imperiousness: “I give and you receive. I have and you don’t. I am rich and you’re a poor mite” and “I want it to stay that way, so I won’t have to face my own poverty!” After all, giving is godlier then taking; nonetheless these remain – in spite of all good intentions – aggressive, besieging and suffocating deeds, that force both giver and recipient into spiritual emptiness.

Someone gives, out of a belief believe, that others need them and what they have to give. Another receives, because they dare not protest, for fear of hurting the one giving, appearing ungrateful. Actually all participants feel the bondage and emotional dependency, that can culminate in spiritual slavery – which is an obsessive attempt to make THEM-SELVES feel worthy. This is a legacy of the merchant vows, that deeply yearns to HAVE and only GIVES, because it believes that it possesses nothing.

Especially in relationships of family and love, many loving people unconsciously give to induce bonds, commitments and gratitude. Their gifts weave dark veils and nets, in which all are caught up. This kind of giving is self-conscious, on a backdrop of greatly yearning to receive, consciously or unconsciously always expecting returns. The drama of such people is, that no return can ever be ok, good enough or valuable, because they do not accept themselves as being ok, good enough or valuable. Someone only always desiring to give, is unable to receive.


Both these forms of ‘only-always-taking’ and ‘only-always-giving’ have the same root, same mode and same effects. There is no other way, as both originate from one complete whole. Both these ways of aligning merely to one of those two polarities, will lead to physical symptoms, disease and death: where some will suffocate and others starve to death.

Many people are “money-sick”. Each day they are busily calculating costs, rebates and discounts, scouting for bargains. By repeting this day by day, they superimpose this mode on the free flux of their physical currents and allow masses of calcium and waste products to swamp the blood-stream. They flood the organ systems with a cocktail of hormones, the electrical nervous system with large amounts of magnetism and the landscape of their soul with masses of gravity. The adrenal glands become hyperactive, emitting fear- and stress hormones, while the pituitary gland won’t even produce one tiny little melatonin.

Please refer back to Lesson 7, and draw parallels to chapter ” The Changing Game (interplay) of Organs, Feelings and Thoughts” and in particular the images “Transformation of Negative and Positive Thoughts”.

Plenty of people habitually force any fresh, creative idea into a corset of affordability. In this manner, any flash of inspiration will have expired long before reaching the heart. So they close their mental eyes and ears still further (which greatly pleases eye- and ear specialists). They hurl away all nourishment and forces of redemption, (which greatly pleases practitioners of all medical fields) and end up dying of hunger in front of the laden table of paradise (which enormously pleases undertakers).

Plenty of people save and invest their money – thereby immobilising it. Doing this they also immobilise their own life force, withdrawing their own blood from circulation, their own joy from the fields of their soul, their own minerals from their bones, and their own ’power of now’ from their lives.

People compare costs and conditions, calculating and planning far ahead; they tighten their belts, in order to improve the ratio of income and spending – they will instead encounter the exact opposite of what they hoped for. They perceive themselves to be the victims of the economic situation, and will therefore be presented with exactly that reality. At the same time, though, they are unwilling to receive anything. They persistently decline gifts and attention. “Thank you very much, I’m alright, I have all I need.. But you’re also having a hard time. Keep your money for yourself,… for a rainy day…”. That’s how hard times are being designed, for oneself and for others, too.
Someone unwilling to receive, begrudges another the joy of giving. They disregard the other person’s creative aplomb. Someone capable of receiving, is also at the same time giving: In accepting a present, lies the gift of respect and joy to the one who gives. Someone unable to truly accept and receive, is also unable to truly give, as it is of the same spirit. Either you are free inside the cosmic flow of give and take, or you are locked inside a mundane compulsion of give and take, being in need and desiring, unable to go without ANYTHING....


From your human perspective, this statement is simply false. Here the following applies: “Giving is blessed, if you bring joy. Taking is blessed, if you bring joy.” In Level 1, we have already clarified the spiritual implications of the statement: ”giving is godlier than taking”: You receive cosmic abundance through the vertical beam of your Cross of Life, which then converts into earthly abundance inside your hearts; with your arms (the horizontal beam of the Cross of Life) you allow abundance to flow to wards people. This occurs in exactly the same way, in which this internet-seminar evolves. Through this kind of giving, you are receiving wealth from both mundane and cosmic worlds in return. Give and take originate as free flow in your Cross of Life, as a ‘cross-current’ which expands further and further until it turns into a twirling creation of new abundance on earth, a ‘spherical current’.


The carrier agents of life are joy, love and unconditionality. Free flowing giving means: absolute giving, finding joy in the joy of others, giving spontaneously from an open heart, with shape, type and size of the gift wholly unpredictable. Free giving never expects any kind of gift in return; there are no conditions attached either to how the gift should be used or to any kind of reaction from the recipient.

Everything received freely, may also be given away again freely, in case this should further increase the joy. Free flowing giving has no need for origin, reason, progress or fulfillment at some later date. Everything is left open. Free giving occurs in the NOW, which means: The gift is fulfilled in the instant of giving and receiving and is therefore complete. Free giving lets go entirely and will not recall anything later (“…and let the left hand not know of what the right hand does.”) There is no demand for reward, recognition or gratitude.

Free giving multiplies what is being shared. It’s never about the actual physical present, but the spirit active inside. A field flower given from the heart or a smile, an open ear, a loving conversation, are worth so much more than any ‘jewel-encrusted trinket’. By giving freely, you are opening doors on earth and gates in heaven; there are treasure chambers of the spirit, waiting to pour their contents into your life. With your attitude (like divine spiritual will) you guide streams of bright energy into the lives of other people and your own.


Someone truly capable of receiving, allows presents to come their way and happily let themselves be pampered. They expect nothing and don’t keep count of how many times they have received anything, in order to finally have a reason to give anything in return. True receiving consists of joy and gratitude – and of oblivion of the gift. Freely receiving keeps clear of obligation and liability, and the imperative of having to give something in return. Free flowing receiving takes the recipient into their own centre, into the presence of their awareness and the core of their personhood. Someone able to to freely receive, is already returning the gift, by simply receiving it freely. The joy of receiving is a powerful energy current of high vibration, softening stuck and rigid structures, enabling lives in deadlock to come into flow again, nurturing and enriching lives of desolation and poverty.

People, only capable of giving, are only always breathing out, only always disposing of waste products and, in a manner of speaking, are merely skipping on their right leg. They will miss their step and suffocate just like the people, who only ever want to take from others. Those are only always breathing in, stuffing themselves with life force without ever letting go of the old and, in the same manner of speaking, are only skipping on their left leg through life – and also inevitably losing their step.

You receive cosmic abundance by getting into resonance with the cosmos, breathing along with it, in and out. You are One with cosmic flow by being able to give and receive freely. Simply because receiving is innately of the same nature as giving. Through freely giving and receiving, you open the door to abundance – for yourself and everyone involved.

Your life is like a sluiceway inside the cosmic stream. When both gates are open, you are held securely within the flow of abundance. And yet, here lies a deeper mystery still, a further cumulation of this creative principle: by enabling others to attain, what you are desiring yourself, you are setting your own life-flow free. The more you give of yourself FREELY (even if it’s only your undivided attention, for the time being), the more you will receive. Because they who truly give, will be given to: someone really opening their sluice-gate of giving, automatically opens the gate of receiving , as these two are connected. What you give on a mundane level, will be returned a thousandfold from within the cosmic realms: on earth.

Should you be in need of money, go and help others to obtain money. Should you need love, first give it to others. Are you in need of an open ear, first listen to others; let them pour themselves out and make them feel relieved. When you need advice, go and take your wisdom to those who might need it. That’s how you open the gate of abundance on earth – for yourself and all people. That’s how you create OVER-FLOW in your life and in the lives of all.


1. Say, someone wants to give you a valuable present (for no particular reason, just so!) How will you react, which feelings rise up inside? How will you behave outwardly, what would you do and why? Observe yourself very closely. Sense deeply what’s inside you.
2. Now you want to give someone a valuable present (simply, because you enjoy it). Are you able to? How would you react, should the other not want it, or turn it down? How would you feel?
3. Imagine, you really needed something, that others could give you, if you asked them to. What will you do? Which feelings rise up inside?
4. Someone urgently needs financial help, but is too timid to ask. What will you do? Which feelings come along?
5. Describe very precisely your mode of ‘wanting-to-give’ and your actual ‘beviour of giving’ in different situations. Study them in your current daily life – in relation to all manner of things. And then, do the same also with your mode of ‘wanting-to-have’ and your actual ‘behaviour of receiving’.
6. Note down your ideas, wishes and intentions concerning your new ways of dealing with money, value, flow of life, as well as give and take in respect to each of the exercises above.




Lie down in your bed at night and breathe deeply, out and in, for a couple of times. Become aware of your alpha- and omega-chakras and the channel of light, your spiritual windpipe. Breathe slowly and deeply, out and in. Become empty inside and open your heart. It will be, simply by deciding this.

When your heart opens, all the other areas of your life will also automatically open up: the physical spaces, those of the life force, the emotional, mental and also spiritual realms of your life, which are placed in other dimensions, spaces and ages. All open up.

Imagine this mighty, interdimensional opening-process of your life. The closer you look inside, the more powerful it will be. Imagine hundreds, even thousands of doors and gates in your body, gates of light and of darkness, that now open up to reveal all the hidden areas of your life.

Picture all these many different spaces: the known and the unknown spaces of your organs and feelings, conscious and unconscious spaces of your thoughts and past lives, loved and unloved spaces of your higher- and sub-conscious, the strange and familiar spaces of your parallel lives that you visited in your dreams. Spaces, avenues, tunnels, halls and throne chambers, roads and dungeons, landscapes, grottoes and oceans – inside you. They are all real. Just allow them to open up and a mighty flow will set in. It is a celebration both in the cosmic and earthly realms.

Just watch and perceive what is happening inside you, or imagine it. (It’s not important, should you not see or perceive anything. It may be that the control system of your waking state is still strong, preventing images to form in the waking mind. But that does not impede the inner process in the least.)

While you were reading this text – maybe even loud and with emphasis, the way you may read a story to a child – all inner opening procedures were prepared for. Deep inside, you will know it, and when you have fallen asleep, all of this will come about with great force. This is when your spirit and soul wake up and become active.
Now, let your inner awareness gently flow into your heart and, once more, breathe slowly and deeply, without strain, out and in. See yourself as a living sluiceway in the middle of a powerful golden stream. Take a good look and observe, whether the gates of your sluice are open or closed. The gate where the golden water arrives, is your gate of receiving. The gate facing downstream is your gate of giving. Look into your lockage, is it wet or dry? Is it wide or narrow? Is it deep or shallow? Is it full or empty? Just look on without emotions, as if from the outside.

And finally, take the decision to open the gates Here and Now, and let the stream flow freely through. Allow the sluiceway to widen and expand and to become a Palace of the Streams.
