This is one of the stories, we tell at night, when our bodies sleep, to our pupils in the Halls Of Changeover – the “New Beings”. They come from dimensions, which were never embodied and we come from the Old Earth. We help them to prepare to enter Earth and into a body. We do this through stories, singing and images as they orient themselves much better in this way than in intellectual directness. There are infinite stories, songs and images in our world. All of them are worthy to be told, sung and heard, painted and read.I, Sabine, tell this story since seven Earth-years. It describes the “Path of the human” or “…of the Spirit into matter” from my memory. The entities are listening with huge eyes and open hearts. It is a wonderful story, even though, it may not even be true. “The New Beings” love this story and us humans, who are described. They are a bit envious and admire us indefinitely. They believe that all humans remember this story, as it is their own.
Yet, I had to tell them that almost nobody remembers and that the humans are not proud of themselves, yet suffer. So they asked why I was not telling it to the humans as well – so that they can stop suffering and begin to be proud of themselves. They shamed me, the teacher, a bit, which they never intended to do. Well, I’m not only a teacher in the Halls Of Changeover yet also a – doubting HUMAN.
Then, I said: “I doubt that the humans will believe this story.” Yet, the entities pushed me in their own way. And so, I finally I went to New Zealand to wake up there within a sixty hours sleep and to first of all remember myself. As I, too, had forgotten the story.
I was told this story by those, who already remember again: Emanuel, Tobias, Ohamah, Metatron, St. Germain and many other entities, which we call Ascended Masters.
We’ll start today to tell you the story. It was rephrased for you in order for you to remember as well, if you so wish. It is a long story. We will only tell you the beginning. The story will be continued and deepened. Many things, that may still stay hidden in the fog of oblivion, will be shown when the time is ripe.
This story is our Christmas gift to you all. It wants to make you cry and laugh, smile and feel, breathe and sleep, wants to make you open your hearts. It wants to bring all stirrings alive – yet not your thinking.

Beloved Ones, we are proud of you. Since the beginning of the Lightbody Process in 1989, you have concentrated the light to it’s entirety inside of yourselves, have released large parts of your hidden self-hatred from your life, have taken back scattered residues of your self-respect and have already tasted your self-love.You have reached a point, where you stand tall and straight again and even believe, to never have to suffer pain and illness again. Just imagine: your consciousness is so open that you know, pain and illness are no longer necessary. You now decide to release them from your life. This was unthinkable a few years ago, wasn’t it?
Yet, you are stuck at this point of opening. Something is stopping you, to complete IT. Something’s amiss.
So, the path into the TRUE LIGHT leads through the darkness, as the light is not the opposite of the dark. It is white CRYSATL-LIGHT with a silky shimmer, bundled in powerful rays, feminine and masculine at the same time. This light emanates from your awakened hearts out into the world. In there, the Light and Dark from the old world are combined, melted. It is the Light of the New Earth, or, as we call it here: of the Second Crystal Age.
The gate to this light and age lies within the dark of your gray eons, within the deepest depths of your mental and emotional rooms. And there lies the rub. You don’t want to go there, don’t want to look at it. Now is the time to take that step into the darkness – into your own darkness – after pulling the light to you and radiating it across Earth for many years.
Now, there is no more light to be pulled down or to enkindle. The Spirit Light of your Divine Self is here. That’s why now comes the next and last step in your duality. The dark inside of you wants to come into motion and express itself as well as the light. It wants to ascend just as the light. It wants to breathe inside of your hearts just as the light.
The dark feels a bit un-saintly, a bit more sick and painful, sometimes a bit more violent or forbidden than the light. This, however, is only a part of it’s nature. This is the feel of something deadlocked and hidden. Your lively, free flowing Darkness turns into horror when it is locked away, just like your light. And then, they search for a way out. The Darkness is the other half of your completeness, which you are searching for since eons. Yet, you are searching within the light and that’s why you can’t find it. Within the darkness are forces that you still miss.
This is the sky above New Zealand. It was the evening star,
which still shone, before the darkness enveloped us.

Let’s begin with our story. It is tough to describe with words and pictures what happened, why and how it happened. It is not possible to describe details of your intentions and decisions as you experienced them then. The ability to remember is not the same as it was.
You have wandered through Space-Times and Time-Spaces and are now at the end of three ages, at the end of a very, very long path. It took, if we want to calculate in Earth-years, three times 96.000 years. Yet this figure has little to do with the truth. You have walked through a Crystal-Age. It was a pure Spirit-Room. 96.000 years, you have been moving within it, of course without a body, you weren’t even energy. There was no energy yet. And still, it was exciting and amusing enough for you to stay there for 96.000 years.
Then, you moved through the Lime Age. This was only one spin down into the next dimension. You didn’t just go there, you had to create it. This was the energetic age, in which you developed electro-magnetism, which later made the creation of physical bodies possible.
And finally, you danced into the Dust-Age, where you created what you fear most today, what pains you most toady: death, the cross and your physical bodies with all the pain, you bound to them.
The Crystal-, Lime- and Dust-Ages formed One Path of the descending Spirit into matter. Now, you have arrived inside matter, at the bottom and the turning point. Now, the path can only lead up. There is no longer a descending path and upward is always faster than downward. The way down took 288.000 years, for the way up, we only have 25 years. And 17 of these 25 are already over! The start of the Second Crystal Age marks the end of the Spirit-descend and the beginning of the physical ascend.
The LONG DESCEND is alive in your bodies: in your back, especially in the small of your back, in your heart and breath, in all organs and cells. It is alive in all questions and doubts, woven into your feelings and thoughts, with your families and the rest of the world. And at the same time, the Second Crystal Age is already alive within you, it opened in May 2001.
You say, you are “on the path”. The Second Crystal Age is not a place that you can reach on any path. It is a state of being, in which you can live if you decide for it. It is no time and no space, but a Life-Dimension, which you create and enter for yourself. There is no longer a path, which you must be on.
Through dance, division and splitting, you descended to Earth. Each dance brought a new splitting inside of you. Each splitting resulted in a slowing down of your life-frequency and also advanced the degree of your densification. Each dance also brought an immense amplification of possibilities for living, experimenting and experiencing. This was exactly what you had planned. For that, your crystal turned to dust. Looking at this today, you may ask if you had all your marbles together back then. Today, you would never ever take the same decision – yet still….

On the way there, the descend, Dark and Light led you, building rooms, houses and worlds, to destroy and separate, creating antagonisms and opposites, keeping them intact for a certain time. At the end of this path, there were infinite rooms and times, beings and worlds, yet they were all separate from one another and each entangled in itself. The dance around the own axis was the tool of the descend. It created separation, splitting and contortion. Your Dark and Light cannot do anything else but create further separation, as they are themselves made of separation.

The way back, the ascend, is led by ONE BEING. IT opens the boundaries between the many worlds, frees all deadlocked energies and allows all non-expressed forces to flow freely. IT melts all old and new rooms, releases antagonisms, dismisses opposites and builds something new from it. The crystalline Spirit engages into the energy-rooms of the Lime Age and enhances the laws of electro-magnetism. Out of the dust a new crystal is formed. A myriad of rooms form a huge landscape, an omniverse. The dance around the own axis is also the tool for the ascend. Now, this does not lead to more separation, but to compassion, acceptance and mergence.
ONE HEART cannot do anything else, as to create oneness, as it is made of that. ONE HEART opened itself in 2004. Now, as you dance around your own axis, nothing other than ascension, healing, redemption and New Life can be created.

At the beginning there was LIGHT, SPIRIT and ONE BEING.
IT was full of love and wisdom,
full of power and brilliance,
yet without expression and knowledge of its own being.
IT was ALL and NOTHING.
And so, one day, IT set out into the filed of NOTHING to become ALL (everything).

At the beginning of our story, there was a being, not an entity, yet a cosmic being. We call it here: “ONE BEING” or “IT”. IT was space and center, cosmic vastness and outermost border. Yet, none of this was tangible and comprehensible. IT was a resting being in the land of “ALL and NOTHING” or “AN”. IT was within infinite quietude. Nothing moved, nothing breathed, nothing happened. Nothing was to do. IT SIMPLY WAS. And if IT had spoken, then only the words: “I AM”.
And so, ONE BEING had to accept that nothing changed, that it could not express its huge potential of love and light, that its wisdom and power was no use at all. IT accepted that for a long time – until one certain day.
On this cosmic day, IT felt deep inside its first divine thought and IT said out of the depth of its fathomless being: “ HERE and NOW its enough!”
And IT took its first breath. This breath tore IT’S innermost, opened it up, blasted canals from IT’S center and caused a gigantic jolt within the omniverse. All surrounding spirit- and energy structures were drawn into this swirl and surged through the open canals inside, into the heart of ONE BEING. And – for God’s sake – it was damned uncomfortable!
At some point, IT came around again, was very amazed and asked itself: “ What is happening here?”
Imagine: GOD itself, ONE BEING, IT, opens itself and all of a sudden doesn’t know anymore what is happening. IT loses orientation, just because it opened itself and suddenly, ALL is new, different than before.
That happens to you all the time, right? May it be a comfort to you that IT didn’t know it either back then. IT just opened itself and suddenly, chaos reigned. It was deeply unsettled and confused. Nothing was like before. Yet, HOW was it? IT was shaken and rattled .....
