With your out-breath, let go of everything that troubled you.

Become free inside and open your heart.

Simply by your deciding, it happens.

Place your attention into your heart.

Imagine

that you float though the wall of muscle into your heart-space.

Inside of your heart-space there is a cosmic crystal – 

the connection point of your divine being.

Place your attention onto it and begin

to breathe gently and deeply within it:

In and out and out and in…

Allow your golden-crystalline heart to grow, 

simply by your breath and your will it happens.

Your heart-light grows beyond into the chest area,

beyond the cheat area into your energy field,

beyond your energy field into the house.

With every out-breath your golden-white light expands spherically onto the outside.

With every in-breath you return into the centre and strengthen it with your presence.

And so you expand your heart-love-light with your breath into the world,

and at the same time, you strengthen your divine presence in your heart.

Your light grows far beyond your heart into the chest area

beyond the house into the land, 

beyond the land into the world.

….and after seven conscious breaths you have already wrapped Earth into your heart-light-sphere and so the planet is secured with all life inside your nurturing and healing love.
